Coming from a corporate background working in a senior role in Admiral PLC Georgina specialises in leading engaged teams. Georgina left Admiral and co-founded a successful business in Sing and Inspire, an engagement company that uses singing to improve business results through both workplace choirs and team building events.

Georgina moved on in 2013 to focus on corporate coaching with both the UK and international companies, working in APAC, USA and Europe helping to get the best out of their people.

In 2014 she set up Turn Lights On, a company on a mission to improve human connection in businesses which impacts positively to Innovation, Creativity, Communication, Leadership and Wellbeing.
