The Smile Back Challenge
So, one day I walked past a mirror in my flat and I caught a glimpse of myself and I thought, mmmm that’s not great! Now not because my hair was bad or I had a spot, but because I looked so serious. So I came up with the Smile Back Challenge.
What is this? every time I walk past a mirror, I have decided that I am going to smile at my reflection. I have been doing it for a few days now and it really has made a difference to how I feel about myself.
Small things make a big difference. Smiling is so good for us! Smiling relieves stress and actually lowers your blood pressure! It can boost your immune system, releases endorphins, natural pain killers, and serotonin. Smiling is a natural drug. It also makes you look younger. Smiling more will turn your lights on so who is with me?
