What is TLO?

I decided to do a video yesterday to share with people what is Turn Lights On and why we run TLO is Happening events. People who are interested in coming to our FREE TLO is happening events I recommend having a watch. People from the Cheltenham area we are coming to you next week 31st March 2015 from 6pm at The Swan, the tickets are released tomorrow at 9am!
