We’re looking for a Make It Happen Administrator to be a part of our fast growing company that is on target to grow even bigger in 2016.

Turn Lights On is a new company that’s helps people feel good and do good! Our vision is to attract One Million Lighters: a million people feeling good and doing good everyday!

We inspire people through books, Workshops, Retreats and TLOTV!

Since we’re a small team there’ll be lots of flexibility in what you do.  It’ll be a great opportunity to grow with the company and use your skills to do what you are really good at while stretching and learning with all the new things that you will experience.

We are a small and creative company with big ambitious plans, here’s a bit of what you can expect from your role: 

What you’ll be doing:

• Arranging and booking meetings (Inc. preparing an agenda and taking minuets)
• Updating our Social Media channels in line with our plans
• Keeping records and trackers of company performance and updating the leadership team
• Managing email accounts and diaries
• Organising events and seeing to some of, or maybe all of, the detail in making that happen
• Some data entry
• Generally making stuff happen and pitching in with projects and activities that need doing

Some of the skills and experience you’ll need:

• Loads of experience on Microsoft Office and be a wizard with pulling together presentations and spreadsheets
• Good understanding of administrative practices
• Strong ability to organise, prioritise, manage workload and support others in the team. Someone who is comfortable working to deadlines
• Experience in admin role would be great but not a necessity

We’ll be offering 18-20k depending on experience.
