Today we want to introduce you to Ruth<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ruth Walters:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ruth describes herself as a thoughtful foodie. As a nutritional therapist in training and a mindfulness rookie, the two combine rather wonderfully as Ruth helps herself and others live their healthiest, happiest life possible.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a true love, plate affair. After years plagued by body dysmorphia and an all consuming negative relationship with food, Ruth set out on a journey of personal recovery that led her back to the classroom and a nutritional therapy qualification.<\/p>\n<p>Ruth blogs at <a href=\"www.lethereatclean.com\">www.lethereatclean.com<\/a> and works part time in Cardiff Bay.
