We are back at Venturefest Wales this year and it is set to be bigger and better than last year. Turn Lights On has it’s own stage!  How very exciting!

If you didn’t know Venturefest is an event that connects (Very TLO) Innovators, Investors and Business leaders.  There’ll be a range of workshops and talks to inspire you and make you feel amazing about you and your business!

I’m so grateful to be joined with some of my friends talking about what they do to Turn Lights On in their business and more importantly how they keep their own lights on.

There are high rates of new businesses that don’t succeed so staying motivated is as important as a healthy balance sheet.  I know in my businesses I’ve struggled with motivation and belief.  I am human and dealing with stress and fear is a challenge, a game to master that never goes away (at least not for long).  Listening to people sharing their stories can make such a difference and also help you realise that the mix of emotions you experience when you own your business is completely normal.
